What Skills Will Be Gained? – Leaders who can see “real” problems and anticipate them in advance. Ability to deescalate conflict and prevent disruptions in productivity. Clear and productive communication in meetings and reporting.
How Long Does It Take? – Each training module is 5 hours plus active coaching. There are 3 modules for each series and 12 in the entire level. A Total of 60 hours of training.
How Will It Improve My Leaders? – If acted upon, you will see leaders emerging to take full ownership of roles and positions with confidence and deep trust with other leaders and the teams they lead. They will foster accountability and composure in their decision making.

ASK–MASTER
Who It Is For? – PRE-REQUISITE Journeyman Training, Rising Executives, C-Suite, and Owners.
What Skills Will Be Gained? – The ability to maintain consistency for the long-term as a leader. Create and coach other leaders (leader of leaders). See and cast vision for their role and responsibility, maintain composure under pressure, produce and scale with at a very high level.
How Long Does It Take? – Each module is 8 hours with 12 modules in the level. Requires 1-1 coaching and mentoring of another leader or leaders. It is a total 100 hours of training and coaching. For consultants and coaches this level sets them up to run their own business.
How Will It Improve My Team? – If acted upon, the level 3 (Jedi-Master) leader will be unstoppable in their leadership capacity will only be limited to their desire and intention.
